We want you to be glad you started. Here's how refunds work, in plain terms.

Core Kit

If the Core Kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

One-time add-ons

Catalysts, Brand, and Mapping are fully refundable until we start the work. After that, we refund any part we haven't delivered.

Monthly plans

Crew and the Studio retainer can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current month. We don't refund partial months.

Deposits for builds, Benchmarks, and Discovery

Deposits are fully refundable until kickoff. After kickoff, a deposit covers work already done, and we refund any portion not yet used. Discovery fees are credited toward your build if you go ahead with us.

How to ask

Email us from the address you paid with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Access tied to a refunded purchase ends when the refund is processed.
