This policy explains what Peaking Waters LLC, Cornelius, North Carolina ("we", "us") collects when you use corekitai.com, buy a kit or service, or use the member area and AI partner, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your email address, and your name and billing address if you give them at checkout.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your business answers: what you enter in "About your business," such as your business name, type, location, stage, goals, and description.
- Your workspace: your baseline numbers (prices, costs, and break-even), which steps you have marked done, drafts you save, and files we deliver to your account.
- AI partner conversations: the questions you ask and the answers you receive, stored so we can support you and improve your kit.
- Messages you send us by email or through the site.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: your member area, kit steps, AI partner, and any add-ons or builds.
- To shape your kit and AI partner to your business, which is the point of the product.
- To send receipts, sign-in links, and messages about your purchase or project.
- To send our build log, only if you sign up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your business details for advertising.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the service:
- Stripe for payments.
- Supabase for sign-in and our database.
- Anthropic, whose Claude models power the AI partner. Your questions and your business answers are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- Our email delivery provider, for sign-in links and receipts.
- Our website host.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and business answers while you're a member, and purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account, AI conversations, and files at any time.
Your choices
You can update your business answers in the member area whenever you like. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to member data is locked to each member by database security rules, secret keys stay on our servers, and all traffic is encrypted. No system is perfect, and we'll tell you promptly if a problem affects your information.
Children
Our services are for people 18 and older, or younger founders using them with a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let members know by email.
